Boss Engineering - Profile Cutting

Profile cutting capabilities up to 200mm via a 4 Head Koike cutting machine allows Boss Engineering to manufacture heavy duty equipment for Agricultural or Mining sectors.

All components are nested to minimise material wastage.

After cutting, all components are put through a shot blaster which removes any slag or scale on the profiled part, ensuring a smooth weld and quality finish.

Most sub assemblies are again shot blasted after fabrication to improve painting or powder coating finish.
